In this work, we will use a version of the chart for the United States from July 4th, 1776, the nation's symbolic birth day, at a time of 5:10 PM. This chart for the signing of the Declaration of Independence, known as the Sibley chart, is named after an astrologer living at that time who cast the chart in London within a few years of the event itself. This chart was more or less proven by the events of 9-11, so significant for this country, which took place as Saturn almost exactly opposed Pluto across the Ascendant and Descendant angles of the chart. The chart we use has been further rectified by Dane Rudhyar, long before the events of 9-11, to give a 13 degree Sagittarius rising chart which turned out to agree perfectly with the degrees of Saturn and Pluto in September 2001.
